Our Friends in the North/HOME, Theatre 2, Manchester/March 2019

An abstracted high-rise construction site, formed of concrete blocks and rusting metal formed the setting for Peter Flannery's epic exploring corruption and empire building. The varied levels in the set created opportunities to cross fade between scenes as the audience saw the impact that the words and actions of the corrupted politicians had on the lives Geordie, Nicky and Tosker and their families.
